Thank you for visiting our warranty information page.  Once you login to our government customer site, you can view the warranty information page which describes the warranty requirements for your product.  Please keep in mind one of the ways to register your product is to provide the model and serial number as well as an email address for communication. The easiest way is to use the user and password you were given and register your product by clicking the login button.  We cannot process any requests without the model, serial number and an email address to contact you regarding remedies or diagnostic issues. Our service staff cannot lookup the right schematic or symptom without knowing the correct production run of the product, which is determined by the complete model number and serial number located on your product.  This can be found in the following areas for the designated product listed;

Top Loading Washing Machine: You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you lift the lid of the washing machine, there is a plate with the information on it directly on the base of the opening.

Front Loading Washing Machine: You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or open the door of the washing machine and there will be a plate on the inside opening of the washing machine.

Electric Large Clothes Dryer:  You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the door of the dryer, it is posted in the upper left hand corner of the base opening of the dryer itself.

Stackable Type Electric Dryer: You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the door of the dryer, it is posted in the upper left hand corner of the base opening of the dryer itself.

Freezers:   You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the door of the freezer, it is posted in the upper left hand side of the inside of the freezer.
Refrigerators: :  You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the door of the refrigerator, it is posted in the upper left hand side of the inside of the upper section of the refrigerator.

Electric Ranges: You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the bottom storage drawer of the range, it is posted in the left hand side of the inside of the frame of your stove.
Dishwashers: You can find the model and serial number on the carton is it being delivered in, or once you open the door of the dishwasher, it is posted on the outer right side edge of the door itself.
